Gears

This is a seatbelt pretensioner mechanism part. The gear and inner cam shape are molded at the same time to finish the phase and coaxiality with high precision.

Pinion gears

This is a gear part for automobile seat height adjustment. After forming the slugs with a part former, the inner and outer teeth are formed in a single forging process, achieving a high degree of coaxiality at a low cost.

Flanges

These flanges are part of the adapter for direct injection gasoline engines. We have succeeded in forging a difficult-to-machine material. (SUS316L)
that is not suitable for plastic forming.

Shafts

This is a rotating shaft for a mirror retracting mechanism for trucks. After slag forming using a parts former, flange, serration, and flat forming are performed in a single forging process.
